Greg Noland

Greg is a Suzuki-trained teacher, offering both Suzuki and traditional lessons. He has 10 years of teaching experience. Greg works with students and parents to develop each student musically and personally in a fun, creative and encouraging environment.

Suzuki Program
Greg’s Suzuki program includes one weekly private lesson and two monthly group lessons. The Suzuki approach is ideal for preschool and younger students. Curricula are created for each individual student to address their developmental requirements. Music theory is incorporated into each lesson. Performance opportunities are available throughout the year in the form of recitals and public outreach. As students progress, outside evaluation events are also available.

Traditional Program
Greg’s traditional program is ideal for older students, including adults. The program includes weekly private lesson and several performance opportunities throughout the year. Curricula are created for each individual student to address their developmental requirements. Music theory is incorporated into each lesson. As students progress, outside evaluation events are also available.

Greg Noland is an active freelance performer. He is principal violist of the Huntington Symphony Orchestra and plays regularly with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra. In 2002, Greg earned his Master of Music degree in viola performance from Butler University. Prior to this, he studied and performed abroad for two years in Europe, at Ecole Nationale de Musiquein Paris and the Conservatoire royal de Bruxelles in Belgium.
